We have observed that Japanese companies operating in North America have been successfully growing their business in the market for the past few decades; at the same time, however, many of those are facing challenges in transforming management models adapting a dramatic financial leap. This seminar will share Plante Moran’s consulting experience in real-life management issues, and discuss how successful companies transform their management systems, consisting of business process, organizational structure and information system when adapting a change in the growth stage. This seminar will also address potential pitfalls, which Japanese management sometimes overlooks as such issues are caused by the difference in management operating styles and/or culture between the US and Japan, and enablers to build a strong cross-cultural team in managing the issues effectively and efficiently.
The seminar will be conducted in Japanese.
